Refund and Returns Policy

Due to the nature of our products, Zerilyx Research LLC maintains a strict no-return and no-refund policy unless otherwise explicitly stated.

  1. All Sales Are Final
    All purchases made through Zerilyx Research LLC are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed and processed.
  2. Research Use Only Products
    All products are sold strictly for research use only and are not intended for human or veterinary use. By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with research materials and agree that all sales are final.
  3. Order Accuracy
    Customers are responsible for ensuring that all order details, including product selection, quantities, and shipping information, are accurate prior to completing checkout. Zerilyx Research LLC is not responsible for errors made by the customer.
  4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
    If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@zerilyxresearch.com. Claims must include your order number and clear photographic evidence of the issue.

At our sole discretion, we may offer a replacement or store credit. Refunds are not guaranteed.

  1. Lost or Delayed Shipments
    Zerilyx Research LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been transferred to the shipping carrier. Customers are responsible for contacting the carrier directly for delivery issues.
  2. Chargebacks and Disputes
    By completing a purchase, you agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting us to resolve the issue. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension and further action.
  3. Refusal of Service
    Zerilyx Research LLC reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or limit purchases at its sole discretion.
