How do I get my code?+

What do I start with?+
Every research partner starts with a 10% discount code for their audience and a 10% commission rate on net profit. That is the standard starting point - partners on negotiated or upgraded agreements are paid at their own rate instead. Net profit is the order total after your discount is applied, minus our cost of goods and payment processing fees. Shipping, taxes, and refunded orders are excluded.
How is my commission actually calculated?+
Commission = (order total after discounts - cost of goods - payment processing fees) x your commission rate. Your rate is whatever is set on your account, which is 10% unless you were given a different rate. It is not a percentage of the gross order value, which is why a payout on a $100 order is smaller than you might expect. Shipping and taxes we collect are never part of the calculation, and refunded or cancelled orders are removed from your balance.
How do I raise my commission?+
