Shipping Policy

Processing Time

Orders placed before 1:00 PM EST on a business day are processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 1:00 PM EST, on weekends, or on US holidays ship the next business day.

Shipping Rates

Standard shipping is a flat rate calculated at checkout. Orders of $200 or more ship free within the United States.

Delivery Time

Most domestic orders arrive within 1–3 business days via USPS Priority Mail or comparable carriers. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your shipment in real time.

Where We Ship

We ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and all 27 European Union member states. International orders ship by tracked courier at a flat rate shown at checkout and typically arrive within 5-12 business days; the recipient is responsible for any import duties or taxes. All products are supplied strictly for laboratory research use and are not marketed for human consumption. We cannot ship to any other destination.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date through our contact form and we will work with you to resolve it.
