Who qualifies for a wholesale account?+
Licensed research labs, clinics, compounding facilities, contract manufacturers, and registered resellers age 21+ operating within the United States. We do not sell wholesale internationally at this time.
Can I put my own brand on the vials?+
Yes. Private-label vial labels, lot stickers, and outer cartons are available at Tier 2 and above. Artwork specs are provided after approval.
Will the COA list my company name?+
Yes. Branded COAs (Tier 2+) are issued by our third-party lab in your brand name with your logo, lot number, batch date, and assay results.
What are your minimum order quantities?+
Standard wholesale starts at 25 units across the catalog per month. Private-label production runs start at 250 units per SKU.
What are your lead times?+
Stock orders ship in 24–48 hours. Custom private-label runs require 7–14 business days after artwork approval.
Do you dropship?+
Yes — at Tier 2 and above. We ship directly to your end customer in unbranded or fully branded packaging, with your return address on the label.
Are payment terms available?+
Net-15 is available after your second order on Tier 2. Net-30 is standard on Tier 3 pending a quick credit check.
Is everything research-use-only?+
Yes. All product sold by Zerilyx Research — wholesale or retail — is labeled and sold strictly for laboratory research use only. Not for human or veterinary use.
