All Sales Final
Due to the sensitive nature of research products and to maintain the integrity of our supply chain, all sales are final. We do not accept returns of opened or unopened products once they have shipped.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery through our contact form with photos and your order number. We will replace the product or issue a refund at our discretion.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled for a full refund before they are shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.
