How to file a complaint

Email info@zerilyxresearch.com with the subject line "Complaint". Include your order reference if you have one, a clear description of the issue, and the best way to reach you. Every complaint is logged on receipt and gets a written response.

Our resolution commitment

We acknowledge every complaint within 1 business day and resolve it within 7 business days.

Reporting misuse or illegal content

To report any listing, claim, or use of our materials that appears unlawful or that promotes human consumption of research compounds, email info@zerilyxresearch.com with the subject line "Report". Reports of illegal content are investigated and resolved within 7 business days. Listings are removed where a report is substantiated.

What we cannot help with

We do not provide dosing, protocols, or any guidance on human use. All materials are research-use-only and not for human or veterinary consumption.

Escalation

If a complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction, reply to the written response and it will be escalated to a company officer for review.
